Electronic Lock Box

This is a lock box used by REALTORS® with their "Supra Key", which enables them to gain access without necessarily notifying the seller. In the MLS "REALTOR® comments", REALTORS® will see that the property has a Supra Lockbox. By choosing this option, the seller wishes REALTORS® to have 100% access to property, assuming they have the supra key. Most REALTORS® have a supra key. (this is a 1 year rental)
